Join Our Team as a State Key Account Manager - WA (Perth Based)
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for customer relationships and strategic growth?
We are seeking a State Key Account Manager - WA to drive key account success across Tyre & Service Chains & OE Dealerships.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will service established trade customers, whilst identifying and building working relationships with new customers in order to grow the aftermarket trade business.

What You will Do:
- Implement and communicate strategies set by our National Key Account Managers for key account groups.
- Promote, educate, and train customers on B2B digital connectivity solutions.
- Achieve sales and margin budgets at the state level, as well as contribute to National sales and margin targets.
- Negotiate across all levels both within the business and customers to influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
- Facilitate clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend and contribute at Key Account State Conferences, Repco Sales Meetings, and Tradeshows.
- Utilise CRM tools to manage and grow key accounts effectively.
- Engage proactively with suppliers.
- Travel as required to support business objectives.
- Be highly visible, embody company values, and lead by example.
What We are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in the Automotive industry.
- Strong commercial focus with excellent business acumen.
- Demonstrated experience in devising, planning, and driving major sales and marketing initiatives and sell ideas both internally and externally preferably within the automotive industry.
- Impeccable stakeholder management relationship skills with proven ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Experienced in generating and analysing sales reports to make data driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM packages.
- Self-starter with the drive and confidence to make decisions in line with the company business development programs.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
