In 1928, our founder, Carlyle Fraser, purchased Motor Parts Depot in Atlanta, Georgia, with an innovative vision for the future — to provide people with quality, affordable replacement parts to keep their vehicles on the road. He renamed his business Genuine Parts Company, and the rest is our history.
