As an administration officer you will have a crucial role in handling various tasks that are essential to our daily operations. If you are a detailed-oriented, a strong communicator and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity!

Your role:

• Work across multiple systems to order goods, organize freight, invoice customers and enter time sheet and credit card data.
• Provide daily hands-on support as an active resource for business-as-usual tasks.
• Handle incoming calls an email, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
• Assist and participate in relevant business projects as required.

Qualifications and experience:

• Experience within the industry, working within administration/purchasing role is highly desirable.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Time management skills and be able to priorities workloads.
• Strong technical skills and problem solving.
• Team player to support other areas when required
• Ability to work confidently with a wide range of people while maintaining flexibility in demanding situations.
• Computer literate, able to use outlook, Microsoft word and excel.
• Experience with the use of MYOB valued highly.
