Acteur majeur de la distribution indépendante de pièces détachées et de fournitures pour le marché de la réparation automobile et du poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group, membre du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC) coté aux Etats-Unis, recherche pour renforcer une de nos plateforme basée à Villebon-sur-Yvette (91) avec un déménagement prévu à Saint Fargeau Ponthierry (77) en 2025, un(e) Chef d'équipe Logistique.
MISSIONS :
En tant que Chef d'Equipe Logistique (H/F), vous serez amené à manager et encadrer les équipes logistiques.
A ce titre, vos missions seront :
- Piloter l'avancement de l'activité et la performance des collaborateurs
- Gérer les réceptions et expéditions afin d'optimiser le stock en liaison avec le service approvisionnement
- Piloter et ajuster les effectifs en fonction de la charge de travail entre les différents services
- Mettre en place les différents KPI
- Effectuer le briefing quotidien
- Respecter et faire respecter l'ensemble des procédures de sécurité en vigueur sur site auprès des différents intervenants (internes ou externes)
PROFIL :
Vous possédez une expérience réussie dans l'animation d'équipe au sein d'un service Logistique ainsi que dans le pilotage d'une chaine logistique. Vous avez un véritable sens du service et appréciez le travail en équipe. Vous êtes également force de proposition et êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique (Pack Office, outlook, STAR6000 ).
