• Utilize technical expertise in vibration analysis (ISO CAT 1 minimum) to assess customer requirements and recommend tailored equipment and software solutions.
• Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and software providers to deliver specialized, solution-driven offerings.
• Work closely with suppliers to select, verify, and validate equipment and software that meet customer vibration and reliability needs.
• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth by expanding solution placements with both existing and prospective customers through technical consultations and presentations.
• Conduct solution selling with a focus on vibration and condition monitoring products, articulating technical benefits to customers.
• Develop detailed solution proposals and support the sales process through technical guidance and product knowledge.
• Assist with contract execution and ensure technical compliance with customer requirements.
• Provide financial and return-on-service (ROS) analysis based on solution recommendations to support branch and division investment decisions.
• Establish financial recommendations and ensure profitability aligned with Genuine Parts Company (Mi) financial guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of vibration products, industrial consumables, and software solutions supported by the Onsite Solutions team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Technical certification in vibration analysis ISO CAT 1 (minimum) strongly preferred.
• Experience in solution selling of industrial and vibration-related equipment and software.

• Strong technical knowledge of vibration analysis and condition monitoring equipment (ISO CAT 1 minimum).
• Solid understanding of supply chain systems and industrial distribution.
• Moderate computer skills, including email communication, spreadsheet creation/modification, business system utilization, and internet product research.
• Proven reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability in solution selling combining technical knowledge and customer relations.
