Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Deliver outstanding sales and service experiences to customers through phone, email, and other channels.
- Process orders, returns, and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with our B2C customers.
- Collaborate with our onsite warehouse team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Uphold brand presentation standards and contribute to brand awareness.
- Support a positive and professional environment for customers and colleagues.

- Have a passion for the 4WD, camping, or automotive industry.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Possess excellent attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to navigate and learn computer systems and software.
- Be adaptable and excited to learn and grow with our team.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, parts interpretation, retail or trade sales.
- Automotive knowledge is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar.
- Full Australian driver’s license.
