Acteur majeur de la distribution indépendante de pièces détachées et de la réparation automobile et poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group est filiale du groupe Genuine Parts Company coté en bourse aux Etats-Unis.
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recrutons pour notre filiale TPA, un COMMERCIAL CARROSSIER PEINTURE H/F en CDI à temps plein pour notre agence de TROUY (18).
MISSIONS :
Vous serez en charge de la partie technique et de la partie commerciale. Votre mission est d'apporter votre expertise technique tout en promouvant les produits, assurer la prospection sur votre secteur, développer puis de fidéliser et suivre votre portefeuille clients dans le but d'accroître le CA Peinture et Carrosserie.
Vous serez le contact principal de nos clients et assurez leur satisfaction.
A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Vendre nos produits Peinture et Carrosserie
- Développer votre portefeuille de clients (prospection sur les régions 25 et 39)
- Accroître le chiffre d'affaires, en cohérence avec les objectifs et les moyens définis par votre responsable
- Apporter votre expertise technique et effectuer des démonstrations au sein des ateliers de vos clients
- Recueillir toutes les informations utiles sur son secteur : état de la concurrence, potentiel du marché, analyse comparée des parts de marché de nos produits avec la concurrence...
- Effectuer auprès de votre manager toutes les recommandations que vous jugez nécessaires pour améliorer les process existants (logistique, procédures administratives, conditions commerciales...)
- Assurer un soutien au sein de l'agence
PROFIL :
De formation technique en Carrosserie/Peinture, vous bénéficiez idéalement d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en atelier ou sur un poste similaire.
De nature dynamique, vous avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles et vous souhaitez évoluer dans une entreprise dynamique en constante évolution qui accorde de l'importance à la formation et au développement de ses salariés.
Du fait des déplacements en clientèle, le permis B est indispensable.
