- Ersatzteilbeschaffung
- Bearbeitung von Kundenbeschwerden und Reklamationen.
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Dokumenten und Berichten, Datenpflege.
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen Fachabteilungen im Unternehmen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Kaufmännisches und technisches Verständnis von Vorteil
- Systematisches Arbeiten
- Ziel- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Programmen
