El gerente de sucursal es responsable de impulsar las ventas y liderar un equipo de representantes de cuentas externos para impulsar el crecimiento dentro de un territorio definido. Este puesto crea planes comerciales y territoriales, analiza los canales de ventas, garantiza un alto nivel de servicio al cliente y genera ventas individualmente y a través del liderazgo de otros. El gerente de sucursal es responsable de contratar, asesorar y capacitar a los subordinados directos. Responsibilidad general por el exito y supervision de las unidades de negocios asignadas.


DEBERES DE TRABAJO
• Lidera un equipo de representantes de cuentas externos para promover y vender nuestros productos y servicios dentro de una geografía definida.
• Analiza el canal de ventas y mantiene una variedad de oportunidades para garantizar que se alcancen los objetivos de ventas.
•Desarrolla e implementa un plan de negocios anual que respalda el logro del crecimiento de cuotas y participación de mercado, y lo actualiza mensualmente o trimestralmente. Cree un plan territorial integrar y gestione el proceso de nuevas ventas netas desde la prospección hasta el cierre.
• Responsable de la estrategia de prospección, previsión, desarrollo y gestión de proyectos, desarrollo de territorio y cierre de acuerdos dentro de el territorio asignado.
• Garantiza un alto nivel de servicio al cliente, incluida asistencia técnica en sitio y resolución de problemas relacionados con la entrega de productos y resolución de problemas para el cliente.
• Desarrolla y mantiene relaciones de ventas consultivas con todas las influencias clave de compra en cada cuenta, incluidos múltiples niveles dentro de la organización del cliente.
• Identifica y solicita nuevos negocios y asigna cuentas a los representantes de cuentas.
• Responsable de contratar, completar y comunicar evaluaciones de desempeño, entrenar y capacitar a los empleados.
• Revisa los estados financieros e inventarios mensualmente con el Gerente de Operaciones para garantizar que la sucursal cumpla con los objetivos de ganancias establecidos.
• Realiza otras tareas laborales que le sean asignadas.


EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA
Generalmente requiere titulo universitario


CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES
• Habilidades de comunicación persuasiva: verbal, escrita y de presentación.
• Fuertes habilidades interpersonales.
• Se requiere conocimiento de productos especializados provenientes de ventas externas previas o experiencia en ventas internas.
• Experto en prospección y uso de principios y prácticas eficaces de venta consultiva.
• Nivel excepcional de impulso y pasión por los resultados.
• Fuertes habilidades para construir relaciones de servicio al cliente.
• Competencia en negociación y cierre.
• Capacidad para entrenar y proporcionar retroalimentación a los subordinados directos.
• Capacidad para utilizar Microsoft Office.
• Capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades simultáneamente en un ritmo rápido y con fecha límite
