Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Establishes and maintains good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner. Secures non-stocking items from various sources and ensures the accuracy of product being secured.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- The following section contains the primary responsibilities for this position. Job holder is responsible for performing any other duties as assigned by management.
- List the significant activities that support that function, for instance manage the annual store audit process. Where possible use language that ties the job back to the company mission and vision.
- Delivers parts from DC to store on regularly-scheduled and as-needed basis. Maintains delivery log and tracking system.
- Ensures security of company assets, vehicles, and merchandise.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by providing timely delivery, friendly service, and addressing any issues regarding product delivery.
- Maintains personal and vehicle appearance.
- Schedules and completes required training as needed.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- You are a current, regular full-or part-time GPC employee.
- You have been in your current position for at least 6 months and with the Company for a minimum of one year.
- Your performance currently meets expectations or better on your employee review.
- You are not currently on a performance improvement plan.
- You have not been placed on a written or final warning within the last 12 months.
- You meet the qualifications listed for the position on the job posting.
- Pay is $17.55 per hour
