The Promotional Planning Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the effective execution of retail and trade promotional programs, ensuring they align with the objectives established during the budgeting and planning processes, while providing support to the Merchandise teams.

What will you do:

  • Extract, process, and validate data files from internal tools to ensure the accuracy and completeness of catalogues.
  • Prepare and finalize event data to facilitate accurate reporting and seamless data transfer across systems.
  • Upload and manage data files on designated platforms, ensuring proper workflows and consistency.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with organizational standards across tools and platforms.
  • Update and manage product lists, ensuring compliance with cataloguing standards.
  • Collaborate on projects to enhance catalogue processes, implement innovations, and improve system efficiency.
  • Support cross-functional teams in adopting new tools, workflows, and systems to optimize data management and operational workflows.

About you:

  • 3 years’ experience in catalogue production & planning, within a high-volume business
  • Sound computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Program system experience using SQL & Hybris
  • Previous experience working within a merchandise team preferred
  • Strong data analysis, reporting & problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
