About the role

A rare and exciting opportunity exists to join the GPC Asia Pacific Business Systems team as an EUC Support Specialist. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring that IT technology within the organisation is supported efficiently and effectively. You will act as a key IT support specialist delivering high levels of service and solutions to all stakeholders while balancing conflicting priorities and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

As an onsite member of the Rowville support office, you will support executives and business teams locally, as well as provide assistance across the Asia Pacific region — including New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia — to ensure availability of IT services to a network of 500+ stores, warehouses, and offices.

We are looking for a passionate IT professional who provides exceptional customer service and can work across multiple technology domains to ensure service delivery in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Note: All applicants must hold New Zealand or Australian citizenship.


Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

  • Deliver high-level technical support and service management for EUC devices and

applications to executives and business teams onsite at Rowville and remotely across the Asia Pacific region.

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of EUC assets including deployment, configuration, imaging, patching, troubleshooting, and decommissioning across a variety of hardware platforms (Windows workstations, Apple macOS/iOS devices, Zebra handheld scanners and printers, RF Guns).
  • Utilize and administer core support and management tools, such as, ServiceNow, Microsoft Itune, SCM, BigFix, SOTI MobiControl & Active Directory
  • Support and maintain Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel), and cloud-based telephony solutions such as RingCentral.
  • Coordinate with Technical Operations Leads, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and operational tasks.
  • Provide timely progress updates and reports to the EUC Manager on support activities and projects.
  • Continuously monitor and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


Role Requirements

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across multi-platform environments including Windows 11, Apple macOS/iOS, and specialized devices such as Zebra printers and handheld scanners.
  • Proficient in leveraging endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, BigFix) and mobile device management (SOTI MobiControl) for scalable device provisioning and support.
  • In-depth understanding of IT Service Management principles, particularly using ServiceNow.
  • Well-versed in Active Directory administration including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), user lifecycle management, and security policies.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting collaboration tools in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud telephony solutions.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and alignment with company values.
  • Collaborative mindset to work across technology domains and regional teams to achieve common business goals.
  • Graduate diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience supporting office & store printer functionality.
  • Possess experience of up to 5 years working in End-User Computing roles
