Job Title: Product Photographer

Reports To: Head of Design

Purpose of Job:

We seek a skilled Product Photographer to create high-quality, visually compelling images of automotive parts for e-commerce platforms. Your work will directly enhance product listings, driving customer engagement and sales. This role requires technical expertise in photography, meticulous attention to detail, and occasional travel to capture on-site branch photography or event coverage.

Key responsibilities and duties - daily tasks will include but not be limited to:

· Shoot crisp, high-resolution images of car parts (e.g., engines, filters, accessories) against clean backgrounds, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

· Optimize lighting, angles, and composition to highlight product features and functionality.

· Retouch/edit photos (colour correction, shadow/reflection removal) for polished, e-commerce-ready output.

· 360 Photography for use on e-commerce platforms

· Liaise with the Product Management and Marketing Team to ensure website and catalogue standards are maintained in-line with stakeholder expectations and emerging web technologies

· Lifestyle photography shoots for proprietary brands liaising with Marketing Representatives, Product Managers and Lead Graphic Designer to ensure stakeholders expectations are met

· Some corporate photography of AAG businesses, warehouses, staff and events to be used across all Marketing channels

Experience/requirements:

· 2+ years of product photography experience (portfolio required); automotive/industrial focus a plus.

· Proficiency in DSLR cameras, lighting setups and Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Lightroom).

· Basic knowledge of car parts/terminology to accurately represent products.

· Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

· Physical ability to lift/move equipment and parts.
