Job Description:

Under general supervision, the Engineer performs basic engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks as assigned. The Engineer collaborates with other employees to provide follow-up and engineering assistance on defined problems. The Engineer assists in preparing reports, documentation, processes, and summaries designed to communicate regulated material.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Enrollment in Bachelor's or Master's curriculum in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, with experience in Microsoft Visio a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to abide by including ISO 9001:2015 internal standards and other regulatory agencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High Attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow good documentation practices, ensuring its compliance and accuracy.
  • Learn how to create, maintain, and control a quality management system (QMS).
  • Adhere to all required regulations, including ISO 9001:2015.
  • Gather internal data to report trends and monitor performance.
  • Support site initiatives and internal audits.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing, inspection, and test processes, as applicable.
  • Outline critical process flows and assist with their execution.
