As a Logistics Administrator, you will oversee vital administrative functions within our logistics and supply chain operations. You will manage documentation, coordinate shipments, liaise with suppliers and customers, and ensure all logistics activities run efficiently and comply with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day logistics administration and provide general support to the supply team including booking transport and ordering supplies.
- Prepare, file, and maintain accurate shipping and delivery documentation, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate shipment scheduling and tracking, working with transport providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as a communication hub between internal teams, external suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to resolve logistics issues.
- Support budget reporting and assist in financial documentation related to logistics.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and order processing to support operational needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or understanding of supply chain or distribution centre processes is highly desirable
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent phone and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy and compliance.
- A positive attitude toward workplace safety and adherence to WHS policies.
