Nous recrutons actuellement un RECEPTIONNAIRE ATELIER H/F (CDI) pour l'une de nos filiales : BESNARD ET GERARD.
Opportunité basée sur le site de RENNES (35).
Les missions du poste
Rattaché(e) au responsable d'atelier, vous établissez le lien entre l'atelier et le client, organisez la prise en charge et la restitution des véhicules.
A ce titre, vous serez amené (e) à :
- Accueillir et conseiller les clients : au téléphone ou à l'atelier
- S'assurer de la disponibilité des moyens (pièces et main-d'œuvre) pour effectuer le rendez-vous
- Assurer un premier contrôle los de la prise en charge du véhicule
- Rédiger l'ordre de réparation / commande travaux
- Présenter la facture / vente additionnelle de produits et service / gérer l'encaissement des clients
- Gérer les réclamations et relances clients
- Référencer les pièces
Le profil recherché
- Vous disposez d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre écoute, votre esprit d'analyse, votre réactivité et votre implication au quotidien.
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et motivé(e).
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et avez le sens du relationnel.
