If you are ready to take your sales career to the next level, then come and join our Regency Park branch as our Technical Sales and Service person with Walterscheid.
Our service package includes inspections, repair and service of agricultural PTO driveshafts and related components.
As Technical Sales and Service, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s sales growth and building strong relationship with our valued customers. So, if you have a positive attitude and an eagerness to build your career profile, then look no further!
Your role:
- Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customers
- Assist customers with phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner
- Support and attend a diverse customer base in providing product & technical support
- Perform repair work on Agricultural driveline product as required
- Assist with supporting field day events
What you need:
- Experience in the Agricultural sector will be advantageous
- Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth
- Strong technical skills and problem solving
- Experience in customer service in a retail / trade environment
- Ability to engage with people and build good customer rapport
- Computer literacy, experience using Pronto would be advantageous
