So suchen wir derzeit einenRecruiting Expert (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung des dynamischen HR-Teams.

- Ganzheitliche Betreuung des Recruiting Prozesses für Fach und Führungskräfte im Shared Service Center
- Betreuung klassischer Stellenausschreibungen sowie Active Sourcing auf allen bekannten Kanälen • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Business Partnern
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit den Führungskräften zur zielgerichteten Besetzung von Stellen • Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Recruiting Strategie
- Ermittlung und Reporting wichtiger Kennzahlen aus dem Recruiting Bereich • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Employer Branding Strategie
Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium gerne mit personalrelevantem Schwerpunkt
- Mindestens einjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Active Sourcing von Fach- und Führungskräften
- Kenntnisse im Bereich aller gängigen Active Sourcing Kanäle
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz im Bezug auf interne Kommunikation mit Führungskräften, genauso mit möglichen Kandidaten
- Eigenverantwortliche und motivierte Arbeitseinstellung
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift
