Motion is a business operating across the Asia Pacific region including New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia and Singapore who provide a range of industrial products & engineering services to industry to keep the world moving!

We are looking for a process driven and reliable person to join the PCW team in our Mt Wellington office for a project that isn't too challenging, however requires attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information and follow processes. This is a 4-6 weeks fixed term contract.

What kind of work may be involved?

  • Creating digital Employee files on the PCW Drive
  • Scanning Employee records and saving documents in corresponding digital folders
  • Archiving Employee files using Alphabetic order
  • Other tasks as required

What you will bring:

  • Process driven with high attention to detail
  • “Can-do” attitude and drive to complete the project
  • Friendly professional personality with excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience managing high volumes of data is advantageous
