   We are currently seeking an Outside Salesperson to join our NAPA team and help us grow by building relationships and driving sales with local businesses and customers in Orange and/or Rockland County, NY.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Representing our company in the field using your customer-focused sales skills
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop and grow a loyal customer base
  • Building relationships with local auto repair shops, dealerships, and fleet companies
  • Maintain and grow current customer relationships 
  • Provide solutions and products that meet customer’s specific needs
  • Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs
  • Always demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance.

Required skills include:

  • Prior experience in outside sales or a similar role, ideally in the automotive parts or related industry.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Secondary education degree is a plus
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to juggle prospecting and cold calling while maintaining current customer business needs
  • Great communication skills and professional appearance
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Soft computer & technology skills; email communications, internet navigation, basic spreadsheet skills, cellphone device navigation
