RESUMEN:
El Gerente de Operaciones desarrolla, administra y brinda servicios de soporte a nuestra fuerza de ventas. Este rol es responsable de los servicios administrativos de ventas. El Gerente de Operaciones actúa como enlace entre los clientes, nuestro equipo de ventas y distribución.
DEBERES LABORALES
• Mantiene todas las actividades de soporte de ventas en la sucursal.
• Capacita al personal de ventas en sistemas, bases de datos y procesos asociados relacionados con las ventas.
• Proporciona soporte al cliente, incluiendo el procesamiento de pedidos, avisando a los clientes sobre la escasez de productos, las fechas de entrega previstas y los cambios de precios..
• Implementa y mantiene precios según las políticas establecidas..
• Gestiona el proceso de cobranza y mantiene la responsabilidad general de las facturas pendientes.
• Responsable de todas las actividades de Cuentas por Pagar dentro de la sucursal, incluiendo facturas de gastos, inventario y flete, y notas de débito.
• Prepara informes relacionados con consultas de clientes, tendencias de ventas, quejas de clientes, problemas de entrega o servicio.
• Ayuda a clientes y proveedores a resolver problemas de pedidos.
• Administra el inventario de la sucursal, incluido el mantenimiento diario de los niveles de inventario mediante la reposición de existencias para cumplir con los objetivos de rotación anuales.
• Puede ocupar otros puestos de nivel inferior dentro de la sucursal.
• Realiza otras tareas que le sean asignadas.
EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA
Generalmente requiere titulo universitario y cinco (5) o más años de experiencia
relacionada o una combinación equivalente.
CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES
• Competente en Microsoft Office.
• Excelente habilidades de comunicación y presentación a todos los niveles de empleados.
• Se prefiere experiencia en la industria y ventas.
• Capacidad para realizar cálculos financieros y generar informes.
• Personas demostradas y habilidades de liderazgo con un historial de lograr resultados comerciales positivos.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiple de responsabilidades y proyectos.
• Empleado profesional, motivado y con excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
• Ética de trabajo ejemplar y capacidad para tomar decisiones.
