Primary purpose of role:

The purpose of a Customer Service Representative/Merchandiser is to attend various sites throughout the UK and carry out various assigned tasks. Within this role, Automotive products will be checked, handled and installed/removed as required to a satisfactory standard. This is a mobile role and you will be given a company van, you will be required to travel throughout the week and stay away from home on a regular basis.

Reporting to: Customer Service Controller

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • To attend various sites to install/remove a variety of automotive products. Due to this, heavy lifting will be required, although manual handling training is provided.

  • To assist with the collection or Warranty items and Old Core when directed to do so.

  • Ensure all Health and Safety is being adhered to, personal protective equipment (PPE) is in full usage and that site rules are followed to a safe standard.

  • Maintain care, servicing and cleanliness of a company vehicle.

  • Any other activity as determined by the management team.
