Job Description:

  • Duties include inspection, diagnoses, repair, and replacement of general parts and accessories for cars and light trucks
  • Perform fluid exchanges, general inspections and maintenance, brake inspection, battery, and electronics work
  • Perform a variety of other duties: replacing wiper blades, bulbs, performing test drives
  • Focus on building customer relationships and their current and future needs
  • Communicate vehicle problems and proposed solutions to customer and/or supervisor
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment

Job Requirements: 

  • Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations
  • Perform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks including computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repair
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair by attending schooling and seminars
  • Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives
  • Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
  • Perform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks including computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repair
  • Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
  • Able to create estimates and advise customers of repairs/maintenance needed

Qualifications:

  • Automotive repair experience in a professional shop environment is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Follow company procedures and protocol
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Researching vehicles for service bulletins and repair information

  • Explaining technical diagnoses and needed repairs

  • Consistently taking the extra steps needed to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Qualifications:

    Previous experience as an automotive technician
    Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
    Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
    Deadline and detail-oriented
    Organized, clean and professional
    Customer-focused attitude
    Must have own tools, and a valid driver's license

  • STARTING PAY $20 FLAG FOR LITTLE EXPERIENCE AND $35 FLAG FOR EXPERIENCE PLUS BONUSES EVERY MONTH!!

  • We are looking for a Qualified Automotive Technician who is motivated, reliable, and dedicated to quality work! Come grow with us! 

  • Responsibilities include:

    Assisting other technicians in performing technical activities
    Explaining technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals who may include employees and customers on an as-required basis
    Learning new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay up to date with the rapidly changing automotive technology
    Keeping store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
    Maintaining an organized and neat bay

    Requirements:

    2 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
    ASE-certifications and/or manufacturer training is a plus
    Knowledge of general maintenance services including oil changes, flushes, etc.
    Experience with brakes, suspension, mufflers, and alignments
    High-level of motivation, energy, and a customer-focused attitude
    A/C and heating repair basic electrical repair
    Be able to use Scanner and log information of vehicle
    Automotive and Diesel Repair
    Motor swaps for all makes and models
    Hold a valid driver's license 
    Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
    Strong customer service skills
    Strong verbal communication skills
    Pass background check
