Customer Service Representative – Industrial Parts

Full-Time | Lagrange, GA Office

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (no weekends!)

We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our dynamic, supportive, and experienced team fosters a fun and collaborative environment where every member is valued and empowered to succeed.

In this role, you’ll manage daily customer communication via emails and calls—help source and place industrial part orders and provide outstanding service. Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering solutions.

What You Bring:

· Knowledge of industrial parts

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Customer-focused mindset
