Position Purpose

In this role, you will lead and oversee strategic projects, ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative inventory solutions that meet the complex needs of top-tier organizations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to optimizing supply chain performance at the highest level.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Delivery of High-Quality Software Solutions (responsible)

  • Facilitate meetings with Stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the projects

  • Drive cross-team collaboration and facilitate meetings to help ensure timely delivery

  • Define project releases, sprints, and facilitate Change requests with appropriate approvers

  • Help coordinate with Infrastructure teams to ensure the Org policies are implemented like SRE’s, Security etc.

  • Ensure that stakeholders are aware of the status of the project and that any issues are addressed promptly to avoid last minute surprises.

  • Identify cross functional dependencies and co-ordinate related technical discussions.

  • Mentor team on GPC release management policies

  • Document key discussion-outcome, maintain a tracking list for activities like follow-ups, blocks and notify the respective team-members with the timely updates.

Operational Management:

  • Define the process and ways of working for the team to ensure efficient operations.

  • Ensure there is a refined and prioritized backlog, in cooperation with product teams, to meet ongoing needs.

  • Perform value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.

  • Create and maintain a RAID framework to manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.

  • Oversee the lifecycle of product development, from ideation through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Cooperate with other departments (Legal, VMO, Security) to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and maintenance.

Financial Management:

  • Track project finances and ensure alignment with the allocated budget.

  • Prepare and present budget reports to relevant stakeholders

  • Cooperate with Finance & Accounting departments on managing costs to budgets and forecasts

  • Prepare data and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure an accurate and timely back-charge process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing innovation processes, particularly within a Technology context

  • Track record in delivering results and achieving outcomes

  • Strong financial management skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to create and implement frameworks and processes that drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of SAFe and RAID frameworks.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellence in Jira/Confluence/Excel
