Position Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative GenAI Innovation Hub Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations within our Innovation Hub. This role is critical in managing the intake process for new ideas and use cases from various Business Units, ensuring they are thoroughly vetted, evaluated, and prioritized based on value creation and cost. The ideal candidate will also manage the financial aspects of the Innovation Hub, working closely with the finance team to oversee and manage budget and costs.

Responsibilities

 Intake and Evaluation Process:

  • Create and maintain the Intake framework to ensure continuous discovery and evaluation of GenAI use cases

  • Establish metrics and OKRs to measure the success and impact of the Intake process.

  • Define the Prioritization framework to evaluate potential use cases based on their business value, feasibility, and implementation complexity.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure solutions meet their needs.

  • Facilitate the intake process, ensuring it culminates in an investment decision made by key stakeholders.

  • Work closely with Product Management, Technical Leadership and other members of the Innovation Hub to promote collaboration and outcome-focused delivery.

Financial Management:

  • Track project finances and ensure alignment with the allocated budget.

  • Prepare and present budget reports to relevant stakeholders

  • Cooperate with Finance & Accounting departments on managing costs to budgets and forecasts

  • Prepare data and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure an accurate and timely back-charge process.

Operational Management:

  • Define the process and ways of working for the Platform team to ensure efficient operations.

  • Ensure there is a refined and prioritized backlog, in cooperation with product teams, to meet ongoing needs.

  • Perform value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.

  • Create and maintain a RAID framework to manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.

  • Oversee the lifecycle of AI product development, from ideation through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Cooperate with other departments (Legal, VMO, Security) to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing innovation processes, particularly within a Technology context

  • Track record in delivering results and achieving outcomes

  • Strong financial management skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to create and implement frameworks and processes that drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Experience with AI product development and lifecycle management - nice to have.

  • Knowledge of value stream mapping and RAID frameworks.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
