Position Purpose

As our organization continues its rapid growth, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our leadership team and growing employee base. You will act as a trusted advisor across multiple business areas, helping to shape the employee experience and build strong, scalable people practices. This role is particularly suited for someone who has a strong understanding of employment law (including GDPR compliance) and a passion for building Learning & Development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to leaders, providing counsel on organizational development, talent strategy, team effectiveness, and change management.

  • Drive HR initiatives to support business goals, including workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and succession planning.

  • Support managers in building high-performing teams aligned with GPC’s values and culture.

  • Lead and implement L&D initiatives tailored to local and global needs; identify growth and development opportunities for key talent.

  • Serve as the point of contact for GDPR-related employee data questions and ensure compliance with local labor law and data protection regulations.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other HR COEs to ensure smooth execution of hiring, onboarding, compensation reviews, and organizational changes.

  • Lead or contribute to global and local HR projects (e.g., HiPo programs, DEI, manager development, employee listening).

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles in fast-paced and/or matrixed environments (preferably in tech or IT).

  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and GDPR regulations related to HR.

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting leaders and influencing decision-making.

  • Proven track record in launching or managing L&D initiatives.

  • Ability to work independently, build relationships across functions and geographies, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
