Position Purpose
As our organization continues its rapid growth, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our leadership team and growing employee base. You will act as a trusted advisor across multiple business areas, helping to shape the employee experience and build strong, scalable people practices. This role is particularly suited for someone who has a strong understanding of employment law (including GDPR compliance) and a passion for building Learning & Development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR partner to leaders, providing counsel on organizational development, talent strategy, team effectiveness, and change management.
Drive HR initiatives to support business goals, including workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and succession planning.
Support managers in building high-performing teams aligned with GPC’s values and culture.
Lead and implement L&D initiatives tailored to local and global needs; identify growth and development opportunities for key talent.
Serve as the point of contact for GDPR-related employee data questions and ensure compliance with local labor law and data protection regulations.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other HR COEs to ensure smooth execution of hiring, onboarding, compensation reviews, and organizational changes.
Lead or contribute to global and local HR projects (e.g., HiPo programs, DEI, manager development, employee listening).
Requirements
6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles in fast-paced and/or matrixed environments (preferably in tech or IT).
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and GDPR regulations related to HR.
Demonstrated experience in supporting leaders and influencing decision-making.
Proven track record in launching or managing L&D initiatives.
Ability to work independently, build relationships across functions and geographies, and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
