Acteur majeur de la distribution indépendante de pièces détachées et de la réparation automobile et poids lourd, Alliance Automotive Group est filiale du groupe Genuine Parts Company (GPC), coté en bourse aux Etats-Unis.
Nous recrutons actuellement un(e) VENDEUR PIECES AUTO H/F (CDI) pour l'une de nos filiales : TPA, dans notre filiale basé à ILLZACH - 68.
Les missions du poste
Rattaché(e) au Directeur de magasin, avec les autres membres de l'équipe, en tant que vous assurez les missions suivantes :
- Travailler en contact direct avec la clientèle (au comptoir et au téléphone)
- Accueillir le client, identifier ses besoins et le conseiller
- Rechercher les pièces demandées dans nos bases de données
- Elaborer les devis
- Traiter les retours et les réclamations des clients
- Traiter les commandes clients, en assurer le suivi dans le soucis de la satisfaction du client
- Préparer les commandes
- En accord avec la politique de la société, vous apporterez un soin particulier à la qualité des produits et à la satisfaction des clients.
Le profil recherché
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en automobile, toutefois nous sommes ouverts aux profils débutants, une formation vous sera assurée.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'adaptation aux outils, procédures, méthodes de travail.
Vous êtes doté(e) d'une aisance relationnelle et avez le goût de la vente.
Vous faites preuve de rigueur et de réactivité et êtes prêt(e) à vous investir.
