Quick Auto Parts Dist. was founded in a barn in Hicksville NY, in 1960. In 1971, a second store, Concord Auto Parts was opened, also in Hicksville. Today, after nearly 65 years of being in business, both stores are owned and run by the family’s third generation. We attribute our many years of success to our dedicated employees and valued customers. We have a culture of promoting from within. We are very proud that the average length of employment for 2/3 of our staff is almost 22 years!

Our business is primarily wholesale, but we have a loyal base of retail and DIY customers as well.

Counter Sales:

Primary responsibilities include:

·      Provide wholesale and retail customers with answers and solutions to their auto parts questions and needs, either in person or on the telephone

·      Identify and locate parts for customers using our computer system as well as other suppliers’ cataloging sites.  

·      Handle cash and other purchasing transactions

·      Effectively communicate features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.

·      Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.

·      Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.

·      Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required skills include:

·         Prior automotive background or knowledge.

·         Enjoy working with people in a busy and fast-paced environment

Bilingual is not a requirement but would be considered a benefit.

Schedule:

·         The Job is for a 5-day week, Mon - Sat and Saturdays are required. Sat store hours are 8-2, M -F 8:00 - 6:00
