Cable/Harness Assembly

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with others.
• Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble cables and cable harnesses
• Utilize hand held tools such as torque drivers, crimping tools, screwdrivers, drills etc.
• Perform wire cutting, crimping, soldering, labeling, and assembly of subcomponents with precision.

Education & Experience:

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Experience building wire harness assemblies utilizing schematic, and wiring diagrams to IPC-620 standards is a plus
• ESD training is a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness and multi-limb coordination. Ability to handle material up to 50 pounds.
