Dans le cadre d'un remplacement nous recrutons pour notre filiale Comptoir du Frein, membre du réseau GROUPAUTO, un(e) Technicien SAV Itinérant H/F rattaché à notre site de Marsannay-la-Côte - 21.
Les départements pris en charge par le Technicien sont le 21, 39 et 25 principalement.
Les missions du poste
En tant que Technicien SAV Itinérant, vous assurez les opérations de maintenance (Installation, dépannage et entretien) du matériel vendu à notre réseau de clients : Ponts élévateurs, Démonte-pneus, Equilibreuses, Station de climatisation, Compresseur d'air, Réseaux d'air comprimé, Nettoyeur haute pression, Station de lavage...
Vos principales missions seront :
- Installer le matériel neuf conformément aux consignes techniques
- Mettre en service le matériel et former le client si nécessaire
- Procéder à l'établissement d'un devis
- Réaliser les réparations en respectant les procédures techniques liées au matériel
- Procéder au retour du matériel sous garantie chez le fournisseur dans des cas spécifiques selon les procédures de ce dernier
- Prendre dans le stock les pièces présentes nécessaires aux installations ou réparations
- Passer les commandes auprès de l'approvisionneur pour les pièces spécifiques
Le profil recherché
Vous possédez une formation et/ou un diplôme en maintenance ou électronique (Bac Pro à BTS).
Méticuleux(se), rigoureux(se), vous avez le sens du service et l'esprit d'équipe.
Vous serez régulièrement formé(e) sur les produits et les évolutions techniques.
Vous avez une première expérience en mécanique automobile et/ou poids lourds. Idéalement, vous avez réalisé des formations aux activités réglementaires (tachy, EAD, Lopsi...).
