- Know how to take full responsibility for P&L while mapping out initiativesand business plans for the storeand solving roadblock issues
Responsibilities
- Worksand communicates with District Managerand/orArea Manager regardingany concerns or issues that occur in the store
- Responsible for covering vacationsand call outs throughout the District
- Help with special projects including inventoryand procedure rollouts
- Develop good customer relationsand maintainahigh level of service to the customer
- Respond timely to customer salesand service questions
- Greets customer, demonstrates product knowledge,and quickly understands customer/technicians needs
- Maintains customer satisfaction by serving customer, securing right part,and resolving issues
- Understands customer’s specific needsand requirements.
- Maintains inventoryand ensures parts stocked in correct location
- Participates in trainingas neededand required
- Performsall otherassociated tasksasassigned by management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Passion for delivering customer careand building long term relationships
- Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levelsand seasonal shifts isaplus
- Personal drive, self-motivationand initiative toaccomplish business goals
- Customer focusand high energy in our fast-paced stores
- Ability to operateacash registerand navigating computerand paper catalog systems
- Passion for delivering customer care inastrong team environment
- And if you have this, even better:
- Technical or Trade school courses or degree
- Backgroundand/or passion forautomotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.
- Experience inaparts store,auction, retail store,auto body/collision, or fast food/restaurant/convenience store management experience
- Entirely customer-centric (external/internal)
- ASE Certifications
