• Du berätst unsere Kunden am Telefon
• Du verkaufst KFZ-Zubehör und Ersatzteile
• Du kümmerst dich um die Teile-Identifikation und Auftragsabwicklung
• Du bearbeitest und klärst Reklamationsanliegen
Was du mitbringen solltest:
• Du hast eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung idealerweise im KFZ-Handwerk
• Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem entsprechenden Tätigkeitsfeld, Erfahrungen in der Kraftfahrzeugteilehandelsbranche sind wünschenswert
• Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
• Du bist flexibel, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark
