Reporting to the Change Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of an important strategic change program within the business. The role supports the Finance Transformation Program Manager in the development & execution of the change management strategy, business engagement and business wide communication for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation within the Finance team.

  • Support the technology team to successfully deliver the change program within the finance function.
  • Create the program wide strategy for change.
  • Conduct impact assessments and develop a comprehensive change plan including engagement, communications and training.
  • Manage and deliver change activities for the D365 implementation, including engagement, communications and training.
  • Manage the D365 training implementation, including managing the vendors/suppliers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement change action plans that incorporate successful and opportune feedback.
  • Liaise and report progress status of change effort on a periodic basis.
  • Identify key OD and L&D requirements within the business as a result of the project change requirements.
  • Deliver change activities within required timeframes & budget.
  • Provide support and coaching to project team and line managers as they help others through transitions.
  • Ensure stakeholders complete specific actions to implement change requirements.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 12+ years experience in change management.
  • Experience in leading successful change programs, within the technology and ERP space is essential.
  • Previous experience with D365 implementations is desirable.
  • Change management certification is desirable.
  • Superior communication, consultation & negotiation skills with high level ability to network and influence.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity with good commercial judgement.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills evident in the ability to manage projects, lead work groups and work in a multi-disciplinary team.
