SOMMAIRE
Sous supervision directe, l’associé d’entrepôt réalise toutes les activités d’expédition et de réception pour une succursale. Ce rôle veille à ce que le client reçoive tous les articles commandés dans un délai raisonnable et à ce que toute la marchandise en stock soit maintenue correctement.
TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Entrer les articles dans le système informatique pour afficher les articles disponibles pour les clients.
- Déterminer les articles qui doivent être choisis, vérifiés et expédiés à partir du bon de commande.
- Préparer les commandes conformément au bon de commande et les vérifier à nouveau pour en assurer l’exactitude.
- Préparer les articles pour la livraison aux clients.
- Emballer les articles de façon à ce qu’ils ne soient pas endommagés dans le processus de livraison aux clients.
- Préparer les retours des clients afin de les expédier au centre de distribution, au centre de traitement des commandes ou au fournisseur.
- Trier les articles et les ranger sur des étagères ou dans des casiers conformément au code MINO établi d’organisation des produits.
- Veiller à ce que tout produit endommagé ou ne satisfaisant pas aux normes soit signalé immédiatement au superviseur de l’entrepôt.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, bien organisé et sécuritaire.
- À l’occasion, livrer des articles chez les clients; obtenir une signature du client pour valider la réception des articles.
- À l’occasion, traiter des ventes au comptoir ou des factures pour les clients.
- À l’occasion, conduire un chariot élévateur ou de l’équipement similaire.
- Accomplir d’autres tâches qui lui sont attribuées.
FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE
Exige habituellement un diplôme d’études secondaires ou un diplôme d’éducation générale.
CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES, APTITUDES
- Compréhension de base en mathématiques et en lecture.
- Compétences de base en informatique.
EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES
Doit être en mesure de déplacer jusqu’à 100 lb et soulever jusqu’à 50 lb.
PERMIS ET CERTIFICATIONS
Peut nécessiter de posséder une certification pour conduire un chariot élévateur. Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite requis.
