Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Role:

The Order Management Coordinator plays an important role on our team by ensuring our CTA IBS has the right parts when our customers need them! We are looking for a team player with strong communication and organizational skills, and customer oriented to help us make the CTA operation #1 in vendor managed inventory for the transit market.

• You have excellent follow up skills, and are able to work closely with vendors to ensure orders are received in the expected time frame
• You love building and sustaining relationships with your team and providing a high level of customer service to vendors
• You are eager to learn

What you’ll be doing:

• Processing non-stock orders from the CTA, including printing and verifying the quotes
• Creating purchase orders in TAMS
• Confirming that prices and quantities on purchase orders match the CTA releases
• Updating the TAMS log in Google Drive
• Coordinating any changes in price from the vendors with CTA
• Expediting critical orders with the vendors
• Sending requests for quote to vendors as needed
• General office work such as filing
• Reviewing vendor invoices & sending them for payment
• Creating invoices to bill CTA
