Nous recrutons actuellement un TECHNICIEN SAV H/F (CDI) pour l'une de nos filiales : BARRIER. Opportunité basée sur le site de Chambray les Tours (37). Vous serez en charge des régions 37 et 41.
Notre agence est composée de 22 personnes dont 5 en logistique (2 réceptionnaires, 3 livreurs).
Les missions du poste
Rattaché(e) au Responsable SAV, vous assurez les opérations de maintenance (dépannage, entretien et installation,) du matériel vendu à notre réseau de clients : Ponts élévateurs, Démonte-pneus, Equilibreuses, Station de climatisation, Compresseur d'air, Réseaux d'air comprimé, Nettoyeur haute pression et station de lavage.
A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Installer le matériel neuf conformément aux consignes techniques
- Mettre en service le matériel et former le client si nécessaire
- Procéder à l'établissement d'un devis
- Réaliser les réparations en respectant les procédures techniques liées au matériel
- Procéder au retour du matériel sous garantie chez le fournisseur dans des cas spécifiques selon les procédures de ce dernier
- Prendre dans le stock les pièces présentes nécessaires aux installations ou réparations
- Passer les commandes auprès de l'approvisionneur pour les pièces spécifiques
Le profil recherché
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre habilité et votre approche technique.
Vous êtes Mécanicien(e), électromécanicien(ne), technicien(ne) en quête d'un nouveau challenge. Nous sommes ouverts aux profils débutants, une formation en interne sera assurée.
Vous serez régulièrement formé(e) sur nos produits et évolutions techniques.
