Your role:

• Leadprofitability of the branch
• Manage and coachbranch staff and operations, in a safe and efficient manner
• Engageand develop the team
• Developbusiness and sales strategies to deliver success
• Ensureimplementation and continuity of best practice processes
• Collaboratewith other Branch Managers to ensure continuous improvement
• Buildrelationships with key customers and be active in the field and account base
• Qualitycontrol of goods in/out and maintain stock
