Position Overview:

As a Service Advisor at 5th Gear Automotive, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You'll act as a liaison between our customers and our skilled technicians, providing expert advice, scheduling appointments, and overseeing the repair process from start to finish.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive service advising or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service abilities

Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus
Familiarity with computer software for scheduling and invoicing

Schedule appointments and manage service timelines to ensure timely completion

Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently
Process payments and invoices accurately
Maintain customer records and vehicle history information
