TechMate–Technical field sales support
Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) are a leading distributor of passenger and commercial
vehicle parts to the independent automotive aftermarket. We operate in the UK, Ireland,
France, Germany,Poland, and Netherlands.
We are a subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company (GPC) and the home of NAPARacing
UK, competing in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC).
With combine turnover of over 15 billion and over 230 locations within the UK and
growing, our network supplies light and commercial vehicle parts to over 36,000
independent garages, fast fit centres, and transport operators throughout the UK.
Reporting to the Group Technical & Quality Manager we are looking for a Technical Field
Sales Support(TechMate)providing regional cover acrossthe central belt of the UK.
Training will be provided for the right candidates
Job responsibilities:
•Be the technical ambassador ofAAG private labelbrands.
•Assisting the sales team to maximise sales of product via the AAG &
Independent Network
•Carry out technical field workouts to promote best practices and resolve
technical queries
•Support customer enquiries, visits, demonstrations, training, and
technical/warranty issues
•Provide information to the management and product teams on all aspects of the
private labelprogramme

•Delivering technical training tocolleges/educational organisations/ automotive
societies
