A position has recently arisen for a Garage Network Co-Ordinator to join our busy team.

Alliance Automotive Group Garage Networks are the largest Independent Garage network in the UK, dedicated to providing support and technical training to Independent Garages.  They are looking to expand the team to cater for the additional growth within the network

Job description

• Monitor Approved Garage Network member engagement, including following up online bookings, monitoring Feefo reviews, assisting members with login and site navigation.
• Managing Debt and Garages wanting to leave.
• Assisting BDMs with follow up points from meetings.
• Managing new enquiries, raising contracts and monitoring progress from start to finish.
• Overseeing network garage request for training, booking venues and assisting WSP Training department fill courses etc.
• Tracking progress of all garage enquiries such as re-painting, new signs, business services, etc.
• Actively calling garages to renew technical data solutions software.
• Calling out to get members engaged with events, training courses, promotions etc.

 Person specification

• Must be confident in making outgoing phone calls to our network
• Personable and an excellent communicator.
• Needs to be able to work as part of a team as well as individually and adhere to deadlines as required

Position details

• Competitive Salary / Negotiable (Depending on experience)
