Manager, Storeroom Integration Sales

SUMMARY:

The Manager, Storeroom Integration Sales is responsible for selling storeroom integration models, and developing, managing, and delivering integrated services to the national account customers.  This role is responsible for hiring, training and delegating work to direct reports.

JOB DUTIES

• Obtains leads regarding integration and travels to interested sites to evaluate the opportunity.
• Evaluates potential integrated supply opportunities and determines if pursuit is in Motion’s best interest.
• Develops proposals to be presented to the customer.
• Leads the teams that implement and maintain the onsite storeroom at customer facilities.
• Assists in the development and review of onsite agreements and drafts.
• Keeps management and field personnel abreast of activities, projects, proposals, agreement changes, etc.
• Identifies, tracks, and communicates cost savings opportunities to customers and appropriate Corporate Account leadership.
• Designs and conducts presentations both internally and externally.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Ability to manage direct reports effectively.
• Advanced PC skills (Especially Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence Tools and ERP Systems).•Decision-making and multi-tasking abilities required.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Understanding of sales contract language and terms.
• Understanding of Motion’s value-add services.
• Familiarity with integrated supply sales model.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel required.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: None required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: 5-10 Direct Reports

BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY: No
