Under limited supervision, the Senior Branch Operations Support position represents the company by providing support for the company operating systems and business systems. Additionally, the Senior Branch Operations Support position helps to drive operational improvement by creating a bridge between our more than 500 branch locations and the numerous corporate departments.


  • Travels to newly acquired branches to train on Motion Industries systems and assists through the entire on-boarding process.
  • Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of new systems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Assists field management with training and support activities related to all areas of branch operations. May act as lead to lower level employees.


  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree
  • Five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.


  • Ability to conduct oneself with integrity and follow through with promises.
  • Delivers results at a planned time.
  • Demonstrates initiative to step up and put in extra effort.
  • Able to express value for the opinions of others and encourage collaboration.
  • Demonstrates planning and organization skills. Able to create and work within a structure that defines, documents, and reports on the progress of a project.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to speak with a group or individual with ease and clarity. Capable of producing written documents that are complete and concise.
