As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional service. No prior automotive experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Qualifications:

Customer Intake Expertise:

Proficient in performing customer intake to grasp their needs and preferences.
Administrative Proficiency:

Ability to efficiently multitask and navigate a multiline phone system.
Interpersonal Skills:

Capable of building positive relationships with a diverse customer base and our dedicated staff.
Automotive Enthusiast (Not Mandatory):

While a passion for automobiles is welcomed, it is not a prerequisite for the role.
CCC One Experience (Advantageous):

Familiarity with CCC One is advantageous, but we welcome applicants without prior experience as training will be provided.
