About the Program:
Our 10-week summer internship program will be held in-person at our Atlanta headquarters, conveniently located near Windy Hill and I-75. The program runs from June to August 2026. As a technology intern, you will help solve complex business problems by leveraging technology and building scalable solutions. Interns can express their preferences for areas of interest and are assigned to teams based on prior experienceand interviews.
As digital analyticsfocused intern, you will work on digital analytics projects that will leverage AI/ GenAI to drive efficiencies and business impact in key areas such driving sales, improving margins, improving customer experience,satisfaction and their overall value to the business.You will work with internal cross-functional teams (Analytics, Ops, Merchandising, Product), to solve business problems and enhance operational efficiency and drive value from our investments in data and AI infrastructure.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business problems and drive value from our investments in data and AI infrastructure.Examples of projects include:
Predictive Analytics: Build advanced machine learning models to forecast critical business metrics such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, sales trends, and demand forecasting to drive strategic decision-making.
Classification Models: Develop AI solutions for categorizing customer behavior, product recommendations, risk assessment, and automated content classification to enhance operational efficiency.
Customer Segmentation: Apply unsupervised learning techniques including clustering algorithms and dimensionality reduction to discover non-obvious customer segments and behavioral patterns that can unlock new business opportunities and personalization strategies.
GenAI Integration: Implement Large Language Model (LLM) solutions via GenAI APIs to create innovative business applications such as:
Conversational BI and automated insights generation
Customer feedback analysis and workflow automation
Intelligent recommendations and decision support systems
Agentic AI solutions to activate insights across marketing, sales, and digital operations teams
Required Experience and Skills
Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
Machine Learning: Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, model evaluation, and validation techniques.
Statistics & Data Science: Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, advanced analytics, and experimental design.
AI Technologies:
Familiarity with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar platforms)
Understanding of LLM prompting strategies, finetuning techniques, and integration patterns
Basic knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems
Development Tools: Experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools) and modern development practices.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services
Exposure to MLOps practices, model deployment, and production ML systems
Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL processes
The projects will be challenging and to help our interns be successful, we are seeking top talent which includes:
Rising juniors and seniors (as of summer 2025) enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on computer science, digital merchandising, or related technology fields.
Preference will be given to applicants with a GPA of at least 3.6.
Experience in data analysis, customer experience, and digital operations.
Demonstrated passion for learning and applying modern technology tools to create innovative solutions.
