Summary:
This is a blended role that includes the responsibilities of a senior coordinator and a junior recruiter in support of the Technology talent acquisition and leadership team. We function as One GPC and support of other client groups within the headquarters will at times be required. Delivering a positive candidate and hiring leader experience is a primary goal of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Create, publish, and update approved job requisitions in Workday.
- Coordinate (schedule and manage logistics) of interviews by partnering with the recruiting team, hiring leaders and candidates.
- Guide the hiring leaders and candidates throughout the interview process to ensure they have the necessary information required to execute and participate in interviews without any challenges.
- Manage smaller recruiting events and assist TA Business Partners with larger recruiting events onsite or in the local area.
- Manage a small requisition load and will liaison with the hiring leaders and HR business partners to align on requisitions and skills needed for the job.
- Lead Product Coffee engagements and engagements with similar professional organizations. Utilize these channels to explore and execute opportunities to identify new talent pools and feed the candidate pipeline.
- Through proactive direct sourcing, advertising, networking, and referrals, build a network of selected and targeted prospective candidates.
- Use online recruiting sources, social media, and an in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit talent.
- Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Source, interview, manage testing, and present qualified intern candidates to the hiring managers. Engage with universities during the intern hiring season.
- Update the applicant tracking system to ensure it is correctly reflecting the applicant status throughout the process.
- Be a part of employer branding, diversity hiring initiatives, recruitment automation, process improvement, etc.
- Creatively identify ways to increase efficiency, contain cost, and make improvements on a continuous basis.
Location:
- GPC has two work locations to choose from: Duluth or Atlanta office.
- We offer a Flexible Work Policy that permits eligible employees to work a hybrid remote schedule.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or communication; or equivalent experience.
- 3 or more years of experience coordinating corporate talent acquisition activities.
- 1 or more years of experience in sourcing and recruiting talent for fulltime corporate office positions.
- Experience with Workday or any other applicant tracking system is a plus.
