Job Summary

Sr Project Manager – Store Ops shall instill a consistent and disciplined approach to all projects associated with Store Operations. This role shall establish one consistent way of documentation, milestone tracking and repository of all store management projects. While not directly leading specific projects – this role shall be involved in ensuring key deliverables are pressure tested and fed back into a best in class approach to business case development and value quantification.

Responsibilities

  • Define best in class project management methodologies.
  • Instill process around project management and ensure adherence to defined processes.
  • Define project management format.
  • Gate keeper for all Store Operations projects.
  • Report on progress of all projects, in one consistent approach.
  • Consolidate all value expectations from defined business cases, and work cross functionally to ensure delivery of defined benefits.
  • Define consistent approach to business case development.
  • Work closely with FPA resources, to pressure test hypothesized value.
  • Drive a disciplined approach to proof of concepts.
  • Gate keeper of all projects.
  • Ensure projects are moving forward, in line with defined timelines and deliverables.
  • Central point of visibility to all projects.

Qualifications

  • Trained in six sigma process methodologies; including the five steps of DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve and control).
  • Lean six sigma certification.
  • 2+ years of multi-site store operations process experience preferred.
  • Experienced in Project Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
