Job Summary :

We are looking for a Media and Content Marketing Manager, who is experienced in organic social strategy, influencer, content management and paid media marketing to join our team. Candidates should be enthusiastic about digital marketing with experience in brief development, content evaluation, measurement, and social strategy. This person will work closely with internal and agency partners to help develop social communication tactics and engaging content. Candidates must demonstrate excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills. This role will focus on B2B communications and engage in audience and strategy tactics across all paid media awareness channels. This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager of Media & Social Strategy. This role requires the candidate to live in the Atlanta market and be in the office at least 3 days per week.

Position Performance Measures:

  • Leads social and content strategy development quarterly.
  • Manages Content calendar and social postings on NAPA pages.
  • Continue to grow followers across social channels each year.
  • Develops insightful reporting presentations for the creative team and larger marketing team.
  • Develops new recommendations and evolves social platform strategies

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of the social content calendar across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok) to support the NAPA strategy.
  • Continually evolve the social media strategy to align with broader marketing campaigns, business goals, and department KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain social platform strategies as it best aligns with user and business trends.
  • Lead Influencer strategy and be the main POC for the influencer agency.
  • Collaborate in content creation ideation sessions monthly.
  • Partner closely with Category and Ecommerce teams to coordinate social support across paid and organic channels.
  • Manage organic content posting across all social channels.
  • Oversee community management and review customer comments and posts on all social platform daily.
  • Manage social listening reports: Identify examples and trends in consumer comments, engagement, reaction and summarize key learnings each month.
  • Review paid media performance weekly and work with the agency partners to optimize audiences, tactics, and strategies.
  • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with social influencers.
  • Develop deep understanding and ownership of brand voice and knowledge.
  • Along with the Senior Manager own all strategy for social and be the main POC for paid social media agency team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business preferred
  • 6+ Years of experience in social media planning and activation
  • Deep understanding and passion for ever-evolving social media landscape (including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and YouTube.)
  • Strong understanding of social analytics and listening platforms (experience with Sprinklr or Sprout is a plus)
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with advertising on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Overall understanding of media strategy across all channel mixes (Traditional and Digital)
  • Background in managing billing (client or agency)
  • Deep knowledge of social ads platforms for Meta, X and TikTok
  • Experience writing creative and strategic briefs.
