Job Summary :
The Auto Care Program Communication Specialist plays a key role in driving engagement and adoption of key membership programs, supporting field sales teams, and enhancing marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence. This position will lead efforts to optimize program performance, improve co-branding opportunities, and ensure seamless execution of Auto Care initiatives. Through strategic collaboration, data-driven insights, and creative marketing support, the specialist will help grow program participation and drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Increase adoption and engagement in the PROimage and Gold Certified programs
- Expand co-branding opportunities and drive quota attainment
- Provide training and support to field sales teams on Auto Care initiatives
- Strengthen Auto Care program communications and promotional efforts
- Support and represent the brand at industry events
Sales & Training Support:
- Train and support field sales teams on Auto Care membership programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide ongoing assistance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution of initiatives.
- Work closely with vendor partners to align sales training and targeted promotional efforts.
Marketing & Communications:
- Manage Auto Care program communications, including monthly updates, training sessions, and promotional content to engage members and sales teams.
- Assist with program adoption efforts by identifying key strategic opportunities based on sales data and reporting.
- Support consumer-facing promotions and co-branding initiatives to expand program reach.
Event & Tradeshow Support:
- Coordinate planning, logistics, and execution of industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Handle ordering and shipping of event materials, booths, and marketing collateral.
- Represent the brand at events, with periodic travel required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong creativity and marketing strategy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in research and data analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Typical work environment
- Willingness to travel 5-20% of the time, including overnight and air travel
