RESUMEN:

Bajo supervisión cercana, el representante de servicio al cliente es responsable de cumplir con precisión los pedidos de los clientes y gestionar las llamadas.

DEBERES DE TRABAJO:

  • Responde a consultas básicas de los clientes sobre productos, proporciona cotizaciones y maneja el ingreso de pedidos.
  • Realiza pedidos de clientes por teléfono, fax, correo electrónico, métodos electrónicos o sin cita previa (ventas de mostrador).
  • Influye en la ganancia bruta de Motion Industries negociando el precio de venta y el precio de compra, dentro de ciertos parámetros.
  • Puede ajustar los precios de los clientes sin contrato para satisfacer las demandas del cliente en función de la competencia, mientras maximiza las ganancias para Motion Industries.
  • Construye relaciones con los clientes para la repetición de negocios relacionándose con el cliente y manejando mejoras en los procesos.
  • Realiza pedidos de artículos para garantizar que se mantengan niveles de inventario adecuados para los clientes.
  • Puede realizar pedidos sin aprobación para pedidos de hasta $5,000 por línea y $10,000 por orden de compra.
  • Responsable del abastecimiento de productos en el inventario de sucursales, inventario de centros de distribución o inventario de proveedores.
  • Determina el método de envío más rentable para los pedidos de los clientes.
  • Se asocia con representantes de cuentas para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Acelera los pedidos pendientes.
  • Puede extraer inventario y preparar el pedido para su envío al cliente.
  • Puede encargarse de las devoluciones de los clientes.
  • Realiza otras tareas que le sean asignadas.

EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Bachillerato General y (3) años de experiencia relacionada o una combinación equivalente.
  • Idioma de Ingles

  • Se requiere confiabilidad, organización y atención al detalle.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación incluyendo escrita, verbal y auditiva.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y habilidades de gestión del tiempo requeridas.
  • Habilidades informáticas moderadas, incluido el procesamiento de información, la comunicación interna y externa por correo electrónico, el uso de sistemas comerciales y capacidades de búsqueda para encontrar productos en Internet.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

SUMMARY:
Under close supervision, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls.

JOB DUTIES:
• Responds to basic customer inquires regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk in (counter sales).
• Influences Motion Industries' gross profit through negotiating the sale price and purchase price, within certain parameters.
• May adjust non-contract customer pricing to meet the demands of the customer based on competition, while maximizing the profit for Motion Industries.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business by relating to the customer and drive process improvements.
• Orders items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for customers.
• May place orders without approval for orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per purchase order.
• Responsible for sourcing products in branch inventory, distribution center inventory or supplier inventory.
• Determines the most cost effective shipping method for customer orders.
• Partners with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedites backorders. May pull inventory and prepare order for shipment to customer.
• May handle customer returns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required.
• Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening.
• Ability to multi-task and time management skills required.
• Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business systems and searching capabilities to find products on the internet.
• Product knowledge is preferred.
